On Friday afternoon of July 3, 2009 I was with my mom and we decided to pop into Pets Mart. We didn’t have any pets at the time, but we wanted to just walk around and look at the cute kittens that a local rescue (St. Francis) had for adoption there. There were several kittens and when we walked further inside the room, a little grey paw reached out. Closing, and locking the door, he let the two kittens out and we played with them. The brown tabby was pretty cautious and stayed away from us, but still played with the toys. The grey tabby was not afraid to come up to me and stand on my lap and let me pat him. When we were done, the man asked if we were going to adopt. We politely declined and said we were just wanting to see the kittens after a stressful day.

We continued to walk around Pets Mart and look at everything and I seriously started to think about adopting that little grey tabby cat. After 45 minutes, I asked my mom if my dad would…

I love art, gaming, and cats. If there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I've been a huge Gambit (X-Men) fan since 1990.
